  A: Yes, you have up to 7 days from the delivery date to change your mind. But first send me an E-mail to arrange the return your item as you may need a returns number. Please note that refunds are minus the original P&P price.
 Q: DO YOU COMBINE SHIPPING & REDUCE COSTS FOR THE BUYER?
  A: Yes, we can combine shipping and reduce the P&P costs if it is possible and safe. However, there is a weight limit of 2 Kilo’s for international shipping. Please contact me with the item numbers, to weigh the items that you are interested in, and I will weigh them for you.
 Q: WHICH PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

 Q: MY PACKAGE HAS NOT ARRIVED, WHAT CAN I DO?
  A: Please call your local Post Office to see if it is there, if they have tried to deliver when you were out they will hold it for you. If you leave it too long, it will be returned to me and then I will have to charge you again for re-shipping your item. Please get back to me quickly if you do not find it, as I can start tracking your parcel
 Q: HOW MANY DAYS OF THE WEEK DO YOU SHIP ITEMS?
  A: I ship items 5 days a week, Mon to Friday. I post my parcels between 9 and 10am, if payments arrive after 9am I will send the item/s next posting day.
