| A:Due to recent eBay changes we are now required to mark at least one local US shipping charge. Being located outside US this is impossible as the cost varies greatly with distance. The S/H charge that you see is a flat rate to the Lower 48 States and may not reflect the actual charge to your specific address. |

| A:Everywhere. We ship World Wide! There are a few minor exceptions. Please see our FAQ for specific country exceptions. |

| A:As we are located in Canada we use Canada Post (not USPS) for most of our packages. All packages are shipped by Expedited to Canada/USA and are shipped by XpressPost or Surface when going anywhere else on the planet. When a package is too heavy or too valuable we use a private courier. Courier companies we trust are UPS, FedEx & Schenker. |
| Q:How much is shipping? |

| A:We cannot calculate cost of shipping in advance as Canada Post changes their shipping rates every few weeks or more. With the rising/falling dollar and fuel prices we do not know the actual cost until after its been shipped. If you would like an estimate on cost just message us with your address and ask. |
| Q:Can you ship by USPS Standard Airmail? |

| A:No, I'm sorry but this service does not exist in Canada. We cannot ship by USPS (United States Postal Service) as we live in Canada and there is no Standard Airmail service provided through Canada Post. The absolute cheapest way that we can ship something by air insured with a tracking number is XpressPost. No exceptions. |
| Q:Can you ship by Canada Post Small Packet Service? |

| A:No, we do not ship by Small Parcel Service because it only covers $100 and has no tracking number. Due to PayPal's TOS agreement all packages MUST be fully insured and MUST have a tracking number. If you do not pay by PayPal then something may be arranged. |
| Q:Can you declare as 'gift', or reduce the value? |

| A:No, due to PayPal's TOS agreement all packages MUST be fully insured and MUST have a tracking number. If I declare something as gift then it cannot be insured. If you do not pay by PayPal then something may be arranged. |
| Q:Does my S/H charges include insurance? |

| A:Yes, all our shipping charges include actual shipping cost, handling, insurance, tracking and a signature release (where available). All our items are insured for loss, theft and damage. |

| A:All photos are taken with a Canon Powershot camera. All photos are of the actual item in our possession. All photos remain our property and cannot be reused by anyone. |
| Q:Can I come check out your item(s) during the auction? |
