Please note we cannot be held responsible for mail lost, or held up by Royal Mail. If your item falls under any of those 2 catagories we are bound by Royal Mail policies where an item cannot be declared lost until 15 working days since the item was sent. After this time period has passed we are happy to either refund or resend the item to the buyer, and a claim will be filed with Royal Mail to determine the whereabouts of the missing items. We will always refer to this rule, so any messages asking to re-post an item before the 15 working day time period has passed will only be messaged this information.
If your item develops a fault with 14 days of purchasing it we will be happy to accept the item back for a refund or a replacement. If an item develops a fault after the 14 day period then we will only accept the item back at our discretion. If we do not accept the item back we will supply the company from which the item was purchased from so the buyer can contact them about the item.
