1. Payment must be received within 5 days of the end of the auction. Failure to make payment within the 5 days will result in an Unpaid Item case being opened and you will receive a reminder for payment. If there is a problem with payment and you cannot get payment to us within the 5 day period, please contact us and let us know.

2. Payment is to be made by PayPal, personal cheque (UK banks only and made out in UK Pounds Sterling) or Postal Orders (UK Post Office and made out in UK Pounds Sterling). If you are posting payment to us, then please do let us know with a quick message.

3. Make sure that you have read the description of the item for sale and understand what you are bidding on BEFORE making your bid. Ask any questions that you have regarding the item BEFORE making a bid.

4. The colour of the item in the photograph is as close a representation of the true colour of the item as is possible. Do note that our computer screens are regularly calibrated to ensure true colour representation and we are not responsible for the colour representation of the Buyer's computer screen.

5. Refunds will be made for the cost of the item only. Postage costs are only refundable in the case of faulty or items not as described.

6. We must be notified of your intention to return the item within 2 days of you receiving the item, and it MUST be returned within 8 DAYS of receipt or you will forfeit your right to return the item for a refund. All returned items should be accompanied by the item number and reason for return. Failure to include any identification with the returned item will cause a delay, as we will not be able to match the returned item to the original eBay auction and, therefore, be unable to deal with the return. Returns will NOT be accepted outside these time scales.

7. Returns are only accepted on faulty or wrongly sized items. Items that have been worn, smell of cigarette smoke, deliberately damaged or obviously defaced will be returned to the Buyer and the Buyer will be charged for the extra postage costs, with no refund being issued. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, the buyer is legally required to take reasonable care of the item. If we find that the buyer as not done this, we will (and have successfully done so) enforced this legal right in a small claims court.

8. If an item is in need of return, once you have contacted me, please carefully repackage the item, including all tags, labels and original packaging, including a brief note outlining the reason for return, along with the eBay Item Number (This is most important: Without this identifying information, we will not be able to trace the auction that the item refers to and, therefore, will not be able to deal with either your refund or exchange). Return the item to: SerenityStyle (Returns), 6 Great Common, Inkpen, Hungerford, Berkshire RG17 9QR. We will then contact the Buyer on receipt of the returned item.

9. Items that are offered with free postage are subject to a 10% restocking fee should they be returned for any reason. This restocking fee will be deducted from any refund given to the Buyer.

10. Should you need to contact me, please do so via the eBay messaging system (the 'Contact Seller' link at the top of the auction page) and NOT via standard email.

11. In the unlikely event of you having a problem with your item, please do contact me BEFORE you leave feedback.

12. Please check the cost of postage and packing BEFORE bidding. The postage reflects the cost of travel, time and packing materials, not just the cost of the stamps. If you do not agree with the postage costs, do not bid.

13. Discounted postage costs on multiple purchases are offered. These costs are based on the combined weight of the items that you have purchased. In order to qualify for the postage discount, do not make payment for your items until you receive the combined invoice from me, containing all the items that you have won, which will include the combined and discounted postage costs.

14. If an item is not paid for within 5 days of the end of the auction, an Unpaid Item Dispute will be opened for the auction. This is without exception and acts as a reminder to the Buyer to pay for the item. Once opened, the Unpaid Item Dispute will not be closed until feedback has been left for the item.

15. Unpaid Item Reminder Cases are just that, a reminder for payment, and they are NOT some sort of threat. The wording that eBay puts in these messages does come across as quite aggressive, so please do bear in mind that they are reminders only. They are automatically set to be sent out 4 days after the end of the auction if payment has not been received within that time. They do not constitute a threat and the wording is eBay's wording, not ours.

16. You have been forewarned of this issue regarding Unpaid Item Disputes and if you have not made payment within the 4 days, you will receive an Unpaid Item Reminder. Please do not, subsequently, send us threatening emails, complaining that you feel aggrieved, insulted or mentally scarred in some way for receiving the Unpaid Item Reminder. The Unpaid Item Dispute will then remain open until you have received the item and confirmed receipt and that you are happy with the item by leaving feedback. This is because if you, the Buyer, then decide to return the item and the UPI dispute has been closed, the transaction cannot, then, be cancelled and the Final Value Fees reclaimed.

17. All the images that are used in my auctions are used under my own copyright and are not to be used by any third party, unless by express permission of the administrators at Amolamanera99. Anyone found using any of our images without this express permission will be immediately reported to eBay and will, subsequently, be prosecuted. We spend a lot of time and money on preparing and photographing our products, and find it absolutely appalling that other people just help themselves to these images, which are our own private property. You have been warned.

POSTAGE:

Please note that unless items are sent Special Delivery/Recorded Delivery, all items are posted at buyer's risk and once your item/s have been posted, it is no longer my responsibility. The buyer is liable for any postage costs or extra postage costs involved.

Please note that Royal Mail do not class an item lost until 14 days after posting for UK posting and 30 for the rest of the world so I will not be able to search or claim before that. The maximum standard claim for loss or damage is only £32.00 for postage without Special Delivery.

We do endeavour to get orders to our Buyers as quickly as possible. However, due to the inadequacies of The Royal Mail, we cannot be held responsible for getting items to Buyers by any set day or date, as, once the item has been handed over to The Royal Mail, we are no longer in control of the delivery process.

Do note that due the problems that we have had with the Italian Postal Service over the years, with more than 90% of all deliveries to Italy going missing, we have decided that we will no longer accept bids from Buyers with Italian postal addresses. If you are from Italy and have bid on one of my items, I will refund any payments you have made for the item/s and apply to eBay to cancel the transaction.
