| A:Yes, we do combine postage costs on multiple purchases. Please wait before making payment until you have received the combined invoice which includes all of the items that you have won, as well as the combined and discounted postage costs. The combined postage costs are based on the weight of all of the items that you have won. |
| Q:Do I have to make payment immediately? |

| A:Payment must be received within 7 days of the auction end. If payment is not received within 4 days of the end of the auction, then the eBay system will automatically despatch an Unpaid Item Reminder for the Buyer via email. |

| A:Your return postage will only be returned on an item that is faulty or 'Not as Described'. |

| A:We despatch items as quickly as possible, usually the next working day after payment. All items are sent by Royal Mail First Class and will be delivered as per Royal Mail standards. We will not be reponsible for delivery by any set date. |
