Great service, my counter offer for the radio was accepted without quibble & the parcel dispatched on the day of purchase, hence it was delivered in plenty of time. My only disappointment was that minimal packaging was used within the outer carton & hence the radio was very loose, resulting in the loudspeaker becoming dislodged from its mountings & rattling around inside the cabinet. Luckily, no obvious damage was noted, but this is certainly something for the seller to bear in mind in future.
