RETURNS POLICY: Under the Distance Selling Regulations, buyers have a period of 7 working days after the date of delivery within which they can cancel the contract (often referred to as the "cooling off" period) and get their money back, including the original postage and packing charges. You must refund the original delivery charges. However, you are permitted to require the buyer to pay for the cost of returning the item, but only if you clearly inform the buyer of this before the contract is made.
The buyer will be resposible for returning the item(s) and all costs incurred. Items retuned will be subject to 20% of their value restocking fee
RECIEVING OUR DELIVERY: We suggest that when you receive the delivery you check it for damage, please do not just check the outer box, CHECK THE ACTUAL ITEM. In the event of recieving damaged goods please inform us straight away (within 12 hours of delivery) after this time the goods will be deemed as being excepted by the purchaser. Our policy for damaged goods is replacement of item.
SPECIFIC CUSTOMER ORDERS: Where specific item(s), not normally stocked by LCN have been supplied to a customer at their request ( A customers order ) these item's are Non-Returnable, this also covers lights 'modified' by LCN to the customers requirements
CUSTOMER QUOTES / DISCOUNTS: Validity of all quotes or discount offers are for 7days from time of quote / offer, unless otherwise agreed in writing
TECHNICAL ADVISE: Technical advise given does not form part of any Sale or Contract between either party ( Customer or LCN ) Due to the nature of the products we sell we advise that where required installation is undertaken by a qualified electrician
POSTAGE & PACKING: Postage costs quoted are for UK mainland only = Additional charges apply to the following areas ( Please request a quote prior to purchase ) = Northern Ireland = Scottish Highlands & Islands = Channel Islands, etc Please note it is the Customers responsibilty to request a postage cost and goods will not be despatched untill full costs are paid
DELIVERY TIMES: We aim to dispatch the item(s) purchased within 3 days of Cleared Payment excluding Lot deals, Trade purchase & Customers orders. = If for any reason this is not feasable we will inform the purchaser at the earlist posible time. = Normal delivery is on a 48 hour service (delivery 2-3 working days) If the item(s) are required earlier, please ask for a delivery quote.= Delivery times are not guaranteed, please allow for busy periods when ordering i.e. Christmas. = If you do not recieve the ordered items within 7 working days please contact us. = All our deliveries are Insured & Trackable
