We strongly recommend that you arrange for proof of delivery,ie,recorded or special Delivery. on returned items as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please note that proof of postage is not proof of delivery. Providing the item/s are received complete and in perfect packaging we will provide you with a refund excluding post and packing charges.
