All completed orders will be dispatched within 1 working day after payment is received via either Royal Mail or by tracked courier service. Items dispatched via our courier will be delivered between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday and require a signature. Our couriers will attempt to deliver twice, after which your item will be returned to the nearest local depot awaiting further instructions or collection. Please note that should the parcel be returned to us you will be liable to pay a return delivery fee. Items sent by the Royal Mail Postal Service are subject to Royal Mail delivery guidelines i.e. 1-2 working days for 1st Class, 3-4 working days for 2nd Class. Please note that these times are guidelines only and that the Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery within these timescales.
If your item is late we would ask that you check with your neighbors & nearest local post office as usually they are there awaiting collection. In the event that your item goes missing, SDN Ltd reserve the right to wait 10 business days after dispatch date prior to taking any further actions, so allowing the Royal Mail time to investigate & resolve the issue. Customers can upgrade from Royal Mail to courier service for items which are required urgently. In most cases we are able to arrange delivery within 24 hours including Saturday deliveries. For information and a qoutation, please call our Sales Office.
We do not cover the return postage / carriage charge for items that are returned !!
Items dispatched with DPD Ltd are fully insured and trackable. Customers can log onto www.dpd.co.uk and track their parcel by entering the consignment number which will be forwarded to you on dispatch of your parcel.
We retain proof of postage on all items dispatched & this information is available should customers require verification of dispatch. SDN Ltd accept returns within 14 working days of receipt, providing the item is in its original dispatched condition and has not been fitted. We do not re-imburse the cost of any return postal charges. All returns are subject to a 15% handling charge except where any error is made on the part of SDN Ltd. Please ensure all returns are sent by recorded delivery or tracked courier service
