Payment and postage terms may vary on individual items.

Dispatch Time & P&P Policies

• All items purchased from Selby Boat Centre will be dispatched within 1-3 working days of receipt of cleared payment.

• On occasion we may run out of stock of an item listed on Ebay due to sales in our Chandlery Store. If this situation arises, we will advise you straight away, and offer a full refund or a revised delivery date if prefered.

• Actual delivery times of any purchased item to you, will depend on the postage service selected, and may be delayed during peek and busy periods. As a guide items should be received within the following timescales;
  • Next Day Courier - up to 4 working days (Generally within 2 days)
  • 1st Class - up to 5 working days
  • 2nd Class  - up to 7 working days
  • Economy Services - up to 7 working days
  • International (Europe) - up to 10 working days
  • International (Rest of World) - up to 14 working days

• Please note that shipments to Highlands, Islands and some Scottish postcodes will incur a surcharge for large, bulky or heavy items. Please confirm delivery costs if you live in any of these areas to avoid any unexpected charges.

• Please remember when leaving "DSR" Scores and feedback, that;
  • "Dispatch Time" refers to how quickly the item is dispatched from us - normally 1 to 3 days (not how long it takes to receive the item once dispatched).

  • "Postage & Packing fees" are not just the price of the "Postage" shown on the packaging, but also includes the cost of a Franking machine, rental fees, Inks, Labels, Packaging materials, and the labour cost of packing and delivery to the post office. If you are not happy with the stated P&P fees please do not purchase and then later complain or leave low DSR Scores.
