All About Sizing

All of the shoes are hand made from design to the whole structure of the shoe. The designs of the shoes are produced in immaculate and articulate details and this care and attention is applied to the sizing of the shoes. Hence the sizing of the shoes are consistent with the international shoe sizing system, to simple check your shoe size please click here. Here you can easily compare different sizes from the UK with other international regions.

The shoes themselves are quite a snug fit. For example they are ideally worn without socks or if socks are to be worn they should be thin socks not sports socks, as these are too thick. If you intend to wear these with sports socks please buy one size larger then your actual size

Delivery and costs

how soon will you dispatch my item?

Your item will be dispatched no later then 24 hrs after payment has been received. This will always be the case if you choose to pay by paypal as the payment is instantaneous. If however you wish to pay by personal cheque then please allow 2/3 days for this payment to clear and as soon it is cleared I will dispatch the item. Buyers should be aware the bank/bank holidays will cause some delay in delivery times.

When can I expect to receive my item?

Delivery via Special Delivery (UK) is guaranteed. Postage via 1st class usually means that they should arrive within 1-2 working days. For international delivery please allow 3-4 days for Europe and 3-7 days for USA, Canada and other destinations i.e. Asia etc.

Can you send me confirmation when you dispatch my item?

I will send you a confirmation email once I dispatch your item or when I intend to send out your item. Either way you will be notified.

What are you delivery charges within the UK and Abroad?

Multiple Item Purchases

Can I purchase more then one of an item if it is not explicitly shown in the auction that multiple items are being sold?

There my be a case where I have many shoes of the same design in the same size but I have placed them on an individual auction. Hence if you like the item and possibly want to purchase more then on then email me requesting a such and I will let you know when the next auction is, or under certain circumstances I will amend the auction and add multiple items.

Can I bid for more then one item and make payment after all the items have had their auction ended?

This is referred to keeping a “basket”. Yes I am perfectly happy for buyers to do this. Please leave your first Item unpaid until the auction for all the other subsequent items have ended. I would however appreciate it if you could send me an email in response to the invoice you will receive from me (for the first item) what your intentions are.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your returns and exchanges policy?

We currently have in place a no return policy in place. All my items are immaculately finished. All the pictures on the auctions are an accurate depiction of the items. If you have looked at the auction in detail and selected the most suitable and correct shoe or clothing size for yourself there should be no need to desire a return, however in some cases we will be willing to exchange items for your item(s) for another listed item(s) of a same or greater value if you so wish.
