Processing your Order.

All orders are processed, packed and posted quickly; usually the same day.
You will receive a message, usually from me....(yes a "human" message!) which will let you know that we have received your order, when we will be posting it and the estimated date to expect it.

We aim to post all orders within 24 hours of receiving payment. If we fail to do so due to strikes, floods, earthquakes, flat batteries, etc. we will endeavour to keep you informed and give you an accurate postage date. In peak periods please allow us a little more time to process your order.

Messages are sent to the e-mail address that you have registered in ebay. Please make sure that you check your emails at this address.

Packaging:
Seeds are packed in ziplock bags. Very small seeds are first packaged into glassine, and then into a ziplock bag. Very large seeds are also protected with protective cushion foam to prevent crushing in the postal system.
Bubble Mailers are used for regular orders. Boxes and bubble wrap are used for large orders.

Delivery:
All items are sent via regular surface or airmail and usually arrive to a European destination in about 2-7 days and North American destinations take about 5-10 days. With Australasian destinations a week to ten days normally is sufficient.
We do not take out any insurance or post via recorded delivery (to be signed for) unless specifically asked to do so. Please request insurance prior to making payment. We will be able to advise the cost.

Customs: For orders to countries outside of the EU each delivery has a printed customs form attached stating the contents of the package (genus, species, no of seeds, weight, price etc).
We cannot be responsible for any duties required at the receiver's end, or any regulations covering the importation of seeds to your particular country.
While we have yet to have any seeds that fail to reach their destinations, there is always a first time – please check before making your purchases.

Postage Discounts:
Only one postage amount is charged on regular sized seed items.
Heavy items, such as peas and beans, may have additional charges for multiple purchases.

In order to obtain free delivery charges on any additional items ordered, the order must be paid for in a single payment within seven days of ordering and must be combined with other items ordered, prior to payment:

• Buy each of your items and when finished shopping, go to the checkout
• The Ebay system will prompt you to combine your order
• It will then apply the postage discount.

If you have any problems at this stage stop before paying and contact us to do the invoice for you. We will send to you a link which will enable you to make payment with the correct postage charge.
Always request an invoice if you are unsure of how to combine orders together.

Postal Charges:
The sum expressed is towards the cost of post and packing, it includes not only the cost of the stamp and the multitude of stationery items we get through but also the cost of protective packing to safeguard your seeds in transit. We do not make profit from post and packing charges.

Returns:
We wish for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason an item fails to live up to expectations, please contact us.
We are happy to replace any item with new merchandise or with a refund for the full purchase price, whichever you prefer.
