Shipping
All our seeds are carefully packaged and despatched within 24 hrs of receiving your order and final payment (excluding weekends when items ordered after 11.00 am on a Saturday or on a Sunday will be dispatched on Monday to avoid your seeds / items sitting in a Royal Mail depot). Our standard postage is for delivery royal mail 2nd class and the goods should reach you within 3 - 6 working days. We also offer a faster postage service at a very modest increase in cost with Royal Mail 1st class. Goods sent 1st class should reach you within 1 - 2 working days
We shall contact you via ebay as soon as the goods are dispatched.
International Orders
We are more than happy to ship goods internationally but sadly are unable to offer free postage on orders under £6.00 (seeds only) Packages to be sent abroad are packaged in exactly the same way as our UK pakages and delivery is By Royal Mail AirMail. If you order in the EU and make multiple purchases we shall refund any extra postage cost that is charged to you via Paypal. Items may take slightly longer to arrive as Customs may wish to check your package.
For customers in the USA the customs regulations are very strict - although a package of seeds may get clear Customs with no problems we cannot guarantee a timely delivery - Apologise for this but sadly this is out of our control.
Prior to ordering we recommend that customers check with there local Government/Customs to see if the goods they are purchasing are legal in the country they are getting the goods delivered to.
Canada and Australia have very strict Laws on what you can and cannot import with regard to vegetables and flowers. They may require a phytosanitary certificate in order for the goods to be imported. If you do require such a certificate then the cost of this service will be added to the invoice. For Australian customers please check locally and also with ICON on the following link
