Items sent via Courier are tracked for your peace of mind.
If goods are sent via courier then items must be checked prior to signing for them, if you are unable to check the contents it is very Important that you mark Unchecked on couriers manifest. Failure to follow these instructions could seriously damage any claim made against the courier for damage.
If goods are sent via courier & there is substantial damage to the packaging you must mark this on the couriers manifest at the time of delivery and refuse the item.
IMPORTANT: If goods are sent via courier they will attempt delivery on 2 separate occasions, the 2nd attempt normally the next working day after the 1st attempt. A calling card will be left informing you of their failed delivery attempt. After the 2nd attempt, the courier will hold the consignment at you local depot for 3 days for you to collect. Uncollected consignments will be returned to us & further delivery costs will be incurred.
Failed delivery attempts that are returned to Scuba Direct will incur further costs to us. In the event of this happening, we will deduct any further costs incurred from your purchase price & refund the difference via Paypal.
