| If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 7 working days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, EXCLUDING THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY CHARGE. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please email us with your reasons for wishing to return the goods, before you send them back.
We will accept returns as long as they are returned in the same condition as sent to the buyer, and we have agreed to the return.
We require detailed reasons for return, plus any returned goods are sent at the buyers expense, and it is the buyers responsibility to insure return of goods, to the full value of the goods.
If your return is accepted, we will reimburse you the full cost of the product, but will deduct the postage and packing costs, or the equivalent value, if P&P was stated as free.
EXCEPTIONS:
Please note all bespoke & personalised items, will not be refunded, unless the standard of workmanship is sub standard, the product is damaged, or the approved details are incorrect. (details will be checked prior to making the items and approved by the buyer) any variations to this approval, will be deemed as faulty, and a refund will be made as above conditions.
