| A:Yes we do. There is only ever one postage charge, regardless of what you order. |
| Q:How much is the shipping and handling charge? |

| A:This is shown in the advertisement. All our items are posted first class and are very securely packaged. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We post out regularly. Your item will usually be posted within a few days of payment, if not sooner. The only exception to this is if you pay by cheque, where your item will be posted as soon as the cheque clears. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yes we do. All international mail is sent first class using airmail. |
