  • Combined Shipping Discounts
Shipping & Payment
You MUST wait for a combined shipping invoice before paying for multiple items, or your payments will be refunded and you'll have to resubmit payment with the invoice sent. I accept PayPal ONLY for payment. Payment is due within 7 days of auction end or a Non-Paying Bidder claim will be filed with eBay to reclaim my listing and final-value fees. Thank you.

Have no fear.... NO FEES HERE!

Not a single handling/processing/packaging/materials fee will you ever pay from me!  And I don't add PayPal or eBay fee costs to your shipping cost either (which is actually against eBay policies when sellers do add them to the shipping costs).  I only charge you the cost that the USPS is charging me to ship your package to you.  If I by some chance I overcharge on your original invoice, or was too high on the listing, you will be refunded back to your PayPal account for the overage you paid.

Tipping the scales in your favor...

All postage costs are calculated just like they do at the USPS offices --- weight, and then size if over 12" x 12" x 12".  First Class rates are the most economical, but only go up to 13 ounces (less than 1 pound), so when it comes to things like stamps, there's not a whole lot of wiggle room before you hit that weight.  If you would like a shipping quote before you bid, please contact me with your zipcode and the items that you're interested in.  I will weight them out and give you a shipping quote (or even various ones based on different shipping methods).  Flat Rate Priority Envelopes and Boxes are super for stamps, in the fact that you can load them to the seams and still only pay one low rate.  Sometimes Priority shipping is even more cost effective than Parcel Post, and so in many cases, your invoice will reflect 2 or even 3 options to choose from.  If by chance I undercharge you on shipping, well then that's just my bad --- I won't ever come after you after the fact to get you to pay for that error.  I always weigh my items accurately, but will not cut costs just to save if it means shipping something inadequately (flimsy box, no bubblewrap or peanuts, etc.).  I'm a firm believer in reusing shipping materials --- bubblewrap, peanuts, boxes, bubble envelopes --- as it cuts down on the the waste to the landfill as well as waste out of my pocket, and therefore NO PACKAGING MATERIAL FEES to you!  YAY!  We all win!

All circuits are busy.... please hold...

I know it's hard to wait, but please wait for me to send you a combined shipping invoice for your items.  If you pay for all your items individually, say by sending me 8 individual payments to PayPal for the 8 stamps you bought, you will get 8 refunds back to your PayPal account, along with an eBay Message stating that all your payments were refunded and you'll need to resubmit payment on the combined invoice you have now been sent.  I do try to check my eBay items throughout the day via my phone, but I can't always send an invoice immediately after you've bought your items, as I do have a full-time day job & do like to sleep once in awhile, but I assure you that I will get an invoice to you that same day.  I'm not ignoring you by any means, just either can't get my phone to work or get to a computer.  PayPal charges an arm & a leg for each and every transaction I accept.  The fee they charge me comes out of my sale of the actual item.  Because I don't charge 'handling fees' to incur more costs on you, please respect the fact that to save me from having to pay exorbatant fees to PayPal and lose out on any profits, I need for you to pay for multiple items on one payment.

Stampers unite... and save HUGE on shipping!

Now, for the "stamp" shipping deal ---- you'll never be charged more than $5 for any stamp purchase.  However, say you buy two small stamps, say a size of 1.5" x 1.5" each, wood-mounted --- you'll be offered the USPS First Class shipping price (based on weight) as well as the USPS Priority Flat Rate Envelope price of $4.75 --- that's right, it only costs $4.75 to ship through PayPal shipping, not the $4.95 that the Post Office charges if you take it there to get stamped & shipped.  But now say you instead purchase 5 stamp sets and 25 individual stamps --- which, you'll be well into the pounds and looking at having your package ship Parcel Post or Flat Rate Priority Box.... these shipping methods often start at $6 or more to anywhere in the U.S. from here in Minnesota.... but the catch is that I'll only charge you $5, and I'll eat the remaining cost of postage from my profits!  This is a HUGE deal, because as most of you know, some stamp blocks and sets can get really heavy --- and just think too, the lowest cost of a Flat Rate Box is going to be $10.20, saving you at least $5.20 right there!
The possiblities and savings are endless!
The only other thing though is that all items to be combined for this deal need to be purchased within 7 days.  I may bend this a bit (extend the timeframe) for those that exhibit excellent communication with me as to their intentions to continue to purchase, etc.

Talk, Talk, Talk.... Blah, Blah, Blah...

Ok, so now if you still have questions about my combined shipping mumbo jumbo, please feel free to contact me through eBay Messages.  I'm always happy to answer any questions.
