This E-Bay Shop is maintained and operated by The Scout and Guide Shop as part of Sheffield Scout Resources Charity ( Charity No. 524796 ) which in turn is owned and operated by the 4 Scout Districts of the City of Sheffield

Locations - We will be pleased to ship to any address worldwide. Shipping costs shown are for UK postal delivery. Please contact us for a price for overseas despatch of an item or items indicating your prefered shipping method and whether insurance is required

Payment Methods - We accept payment by Paypal, Cheque or any Major Credit Card. For credit card payments please contact us by telephone. We regret that SGS credit account holders cannot charge E-Bay purchases to credit accounts.

Dispatch - Our normal working days are Tuesday to Saturday. All orders will be despatched during the next working day ( excluding Saturday ) following confirmation of cleared payment. Orders confirmed on Saturdays will be despatched on the following Tuesday. Orders can be collected from our city centre shop if required.

Delivery - Orders up to 2kg will be despatched by Royal Mail. Orders over 2kg will be despatched by courier. We will combine postage on multiple purchases see each item. For larger combination orders please contact us for a specific quotation.

Post Service - Unless othewise instructed all orders will be despatch by 2nd Class post without additional insurance. Purchases may be despatched by 1st class post with or without insurance. Please contact us for a price. For all overseas orders please contact us for a price.

Returns - If you are not satisfied with the goods, or would like to return them, please contact us within 7 days of receipt advising us of your reasons. The full costs for the item returned will be re-inbursed to you providing the item is in saleable condition (complete with labels and packaging). If the return is required due to errors made by us in processing your order or due to items being defective we may re-inburse postage costs also. If return is required due to incorrect product selection we reserve the right to charge for the postage charges involved.

VAT - The prices shown include UK VAT at the standard rate where applicable.

SGS Bonus Scheme - E-Bay purchases can be incorporated into our Customer Loyallty Bonus Scheme in the normal manner
