UK: Please allow 2-5 working days from confirmation of order for delivery. If you do not get the parcel within this time please contact us.
Europe: Please allow up to 10 working days from confirmation of order for delivery.
Rest of the world: Please allow 10-15 working days from confirmation of order for delivery.

Any taxes or duty fees incurred to ship abroad are the responsibility of the customer and these costs cannot be reclaimed from Scorpion Shoes.
How Are Your Items Delivered
UK: Your items are sent using Royal Mail parcel service.
International: Your items are sent either by Royal Mail International Signed For .On receipt of the goods a signature will be required.
Returns
If you decide that the shoes are unsuitable, we are happy to offer a refund on unused items returned within 60 days of receipt that are in their original condition & packaging.
We will also refund items that are faulty or incorrectly dispatched/described, together with your postage costs.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund delivery charges or postage costs for items that are simply unsuitable or don't fit. All refunds will be processed as soon as your goods are returned to us. Please view our FAQ page were you will find our full returns policy.
