If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please note we will not accept a return for an exchange or refund, if any item has been used or is not returned in a re-saleable condition.

To return goods you must contact Customer Services to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) code. This must be quoted when returning the goods along with a note detailing the reason for return and your preference of a refund or exchange.

If upon receipt you receive incorrect, damaged or faulty item(s) please contact Customer Services and we will issue a freepost return label (UK customers only). For international delivery, postage costs will be paid by the buyer and will be refunded on receipt if the item is incorrect, faulty or damaged. Photographic evidence may be required to support a claim involving incorrect, faulty or damaged items.

All returned products will be refunded or exchanged, providing they have not be used or damaged, within 2 working days of receiving the item.
