I find I no longer require / want the item.
The customer will pay the return carriage cost if the item was ordered in error, or if the customer simply no longer requires the goods. With the exception of items that were delivered and found to be damaged or faulty or wrong item sent. It is advisable that customers should opt for insured shipping, as Scanlansarts will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to goods returned for refund. Refunds will only be issued upon safe receipt of the goods being returned. We will not refund shipping costs where the item is not found to be faulty.
The item isn’t the same colour I thought it was.
Every effort is made to ensure accurate information and descriptions. All colours, specifications and dimensions of products shown on this shop are intended for use as a guide. We use the most up to date technology both hardware and software available to us. The image you see is as accurate to the original item as is possible. However, the colours you see will depend on the resolution of your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will reflect accurately the colour of the item delivered. We may from time to time vary the dimensions, specifications and quantities of items displayed on our shop without prior notice.
I received the wrong item.
Please let us know in a timely manner if the order received does not match the order placed on the delivery note / invoice. If the error is ours then we will immediately send the balance or make a refund if no more stock is available. Replacements will be dispatched on receipt of the returned items only.
