Returns Policy
We take great care in packing your item but if you receive an item damaged from improper handling please contact me immediately and I will help you receive compensation from the appropriate carrier.

ALL returns must be authorized. Please don't just send it back.
There will be a standard 15% restocking charge for items returned simply because you no longer want it. This will not apply to returns do to items not being described correctly.
Item must be returned packed well, like we packed it, please.
All Items must be returned Undamaged in Original Condition. (This is very important, damaged items cannot be returned directly and should be processed by the carrier. I will be happy to help you file a claim )
All shipping & handling charges and any other expenses you may incur when returning merchandise are NON-REFUNDABLE expenses. This is simply a matter of being fair. Again if your item is returned because it was incorrectly described this will not apply and we'll refund 100% of the cost. If we fail to do so please email and Ill be happy to take care of it in a timely manner.

If your item is received damaged do to improper handling we respectfully request the buyer to file an insurance claim with the carrier. We have no control over mishandling by the carrier but will help you in making your claim.
