| Q:How do i know what ring size to get and what are the international ring sizes? |

| A:Please visit my shop and click on the Ring Sizer tab. This will show you a guide of how to measure a ring and also the sizes in UK and US as well as the actual dimensions. |
| Q:Why are you so cheap?? |

| A:Because we are a small business with small overheads. This is a second job to both partners, so we do not rely on the profits to live off. As jewellery lovers ourselves, we would rather pass the savings directly onto you, our customers. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes. Please email me before you buy or "request total from seller" and I will apply the discount direct to your invoice. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:I usually post things the next day after funds have been received. Although sometimes there may be a 1-2 day delay, but this is rare. If you need your item in a hurry please let me know.
I cannot be held responsible for delays in the post outside of my control. All Items are trackable. If you require the tracking number please ask. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:STANDARD postage & packaging is £6, this is for INSURED SPECIAL NEXT DAY DELIVERY via Royal Mail.
On occasion I may offer a cheaper uninsured option of Recorded as well.
PLEASE NOTE I TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITEMS LOST IN THE POST WHEN INSURED DELIVERY IS OFFERED BUT NOT TAKEN.

| A:Royal Mail do NOT insure Jewellery sent via Recorded Delivery! I will not be held responsible for any items lost in the post when Insurance via Special Next Day Delivery is offered but not taken. So for the few extra £s you are guaranteed your item or your money back! |
| Q:I have seen a ring I like but in the wrong size, can you get different ring sizes? |

| A:Yes, sometimes it is possible to get other sizes of rings in. Please Email us and ask. I will always try to help with specific requirements. |
| Q:Are your items real gold of gold plated? |
|
| A:All of my items are real gold, I do not deal in gold plated jewellery.
You will see in the listing any HALLMARKS or stamps. |
| Q:What do the HALLMARKS & STAMPS mean? |
|
| A:"375" is the standard hallmark/stamp for 9 carat Gold.(37.5% pure Gold)
"750" =18ct
"DIA" is used to signify DIAMOND, not all manufacture use this stamp. Just because its not stamped does not mean its not DIAMOND.
"0.05", "0.10", "0.15" etc is the carat content of the DIAMONDS ie "DIA 0.10ct".

| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:Returns accepted within 7 days of sale. If there is a fault on either my part or in the jewellery I will give a full refund. If there is no fault then a 20% restocking fee may be charged.
Please note that I cannot refund postage costs. |
