We want to make shopping online with us as easy and convenient as possible, so if you purchase any item from us, and decide it's not what you expected, simply return it back to us in a resellable condition within 7 working days and we will refund the cost of your item.
If you receive and item that is damaged or faulty, just let us know within 14 days and we will arrange for collection of that item and either refund the full cost of the item or deliver a replacement item for you. Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.
