| | For all our customers we recommend that you use a postal address where you will usually be (i.e. your work address) during the daytime. If no one is present when the order arrives, you will be posted a message to pick up your package from the nearest main post office. In the UK there is not a charge for this, but for some people, this may prove an inconvenience.
Our postal/shipping charges are fixed at £2.95 for UK customers. Whether you buy a single item or multiple items in an order, the postal charge remains the same; unlike many other companies Sam's Discount Hair Supplies does not inflate the price if you decide to purchase a number of various products in one order.
Most UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery. Heavy or valuable orders are dispatched via Interlink Express, which is a next-day guaranteed service. The decision of which carrier to use is made at our discretion. From the time you receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched, you can expect your order within 2 to 4 working days time. |
