| A:Goods damaged in transit may be returned for replacement/refund including postage costs subject to a successful claim for damage from the Royal Mail up to a maximum of £32.00 for recorded or standard delivery. | A:Yes, please do NOT complete checkout, email us for a combined invoice particularly to take advantage of any postage offers e.g. on découpage sheets etc. |

| A:Orderd are shipped within one working day - there are occasionally problems with the Paypal notifications which delays some orders. If you do not receive a dispatch email within 1 working day of making a Paypal payment please email us with your payment details - transaction ID etc......... |

| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:The shipping and handling charge should always be clear from the listing. If you are making multiple purchases then PLEASE email for a combined invoice - if you decide not to complete the transaction then you need have no fear of receiving a negative feedback from us! |

| A:We are prepared to ship all of our items to ANYWHERE with a few exceptions due to airmail restrictions on specific products. Please contact us prior to purchase to establish the shipping cost. |

| Q:Do you have this product in an alternative design/colour/size |

| A:Almost certainly. Occasionally we may not be quick enough to relist products that have 'sold out' or may simply be awaiting stock. Either way most products will be relisted within 3 to 7 days so it's worth checking our ebay shop regularly. If the item is required urgently then please email us & we'll do our best to help! |

| Q:How much will it cost to ship 10 peel offs, découpage sheets etc. to the USA |

| A:As for UK shipping we will ship any TEN of the above for the price quoted for ONE, please note that this offer applies to exactly TEN - not up to ten! All other items on the same invoice will be charged at the rate quoted for each item LESS our usual postage discounts. |

| Q:Can I combine my purchases over a week or so? |

| A:Provided you email us to let us know then it's not a problem - you'll receive automatically generated payment reminders after 7 days but, if you are still 'shopping' please ignore these & just email us for a combined invoice when you're ready to pay. |

| Q:I would like my purchases posted to a different address or to multiple addresses |

| A:We are more than happy to ship to multiple addresses provided that the postage is paid accordingly. We can only ship to multiple addresses or to an address other than that registered with ebay/Paypal via recorded or special delivery. |
