Items are sent in Envelopes, Hard Back Envelopes, Padded Jiffy Bags, Postal Tubes or in a Box.
This depends on type of Product, Size and Quantity of Products. We always aim to ensure your Order arrives Safely and undamaged.
Items are sent by the Royal Mail Postal Service are subject to Royal Mail delivery guidelines i.e. 1-2 business days for 1st Class (UK), 3-7 business days for Overseas.
Please note that these times are guidelines only and that the Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery within these timescales.
If your item is late we would ask that you check at your local sorting office as they are invariably there awaiting your collection.
In the event that your item goes missing, Sail-RC.com reserve the right to wait 10 business days (UK) / 20 business days (Overseas)
after despatch date prior to taking any further actions, so allowing the Royal Mail to resolve the issue.
