Shipping prices on EBay Listings are for UK mainland only.

When will my Item be Dispatched? All orders received before 15:00 are dispatched the same day.
(This is subject to stock availability.

How is my Item Dispatched?

Orders weighing less than 750g and under £20.00 in value are dispatched via the Royal Mail.

All orders over £20.00 and any order weighing over 750g are dispatched by City-Link couriers. Delivery to the UK mainland will be delivered the Next Business Day.

Non UK Mainland Addresses

The Following destinations are classified as Non Mainland by the
Couriers and have an additional courier surcharge for delivery:

Isle of Wight, Highlands and Islands including post codes (IV3-IV40), (IV52-IV54), (IV63), Isle of Man, Northern Ireland

Please note Safetots will not dispatch to non mainland UK address if the postage surcharge has not been paid.

European Union

Safetots can dispatch to the European Union.

Am I notified when my order is dispatched?

Safetots will send you a dispatch email with delivery details.

What if I am not in to receive delivery?

Safetots pay for two delivery attempts with the City-Link couriers.

Customers can reschedule their own second delivery attempt with City-Link couriers
or Safetots by Calling 01438 728 888. If the customer is not in for either delivery attempt
they will need to pick up the item from the City-Link depot or pay £10 for a third delivery attempt.

If a non delivered item is returned to Safetots, the customer will be refunded
minus the £10 return fee.
