If you receive an incorrect, mistakenly listed, damaged, or DOA item, contact us within 7 days of receiving the item so we help you with a refund or exchange. If required, the item must be returned to SabbaShop within 30 days of receiving the item. The original shipping charge or pick up fee is only refundable if the problem is due to a SabbaShop error. If it is necessary to return the product, a refund will only be issued once the item is received at SabbaShop. All returns MUST have prior authorization. When returning a product from the U.S.A. please describe the product as a defective return and declare a low product value on the customs form ($5 value). Otherwise, we may refuse the return due to customs and brokerage fees. The Buyer is responsible for shipping back a product. Return shipping costs are not covered.
