| A:Sabatur Pro Audio offers a 7 day money back guaranty on all new items. Simply contact within 7 days after receiving the item and we will issue a refund less any and all shipping charges. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes.. we can combine shipping on most items we sell. Some items offered from Sabatur Pro Audio may be shipped direct from the Manufacturer or Distributor depending on location of the buyer in order to save time on shipping. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Generally, most items are shipped within one day after payment is complete and arrive within 3-5 days. Some of our items are ordered direct from the manufacturer which may take an additional processing time. These items that require additional time are specified in the listings. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Most items offered from SPA are shipped for Free! In some cases, we do require a discounted fee for shipping charges but items requiring a shipping charge are stated in it's listing.

| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:At this time, SPA does not ship outside the US and Canada. Due to the size and weight of most items we sell, we found that the cost to ship these items Internationally is too costly to the buyer. |
| Q:Are your items new with warranty? |

| A:Yes.. unless otherwise stated in the listing itself. MOST of the items listed by SPA are brand new and come directly from the manufacturer.
We recommend registering any new product (if applicable) with the Manufacturer once received in order to make any warranty issue process quicker. |
| Q:Where are you located? |

| A:SPA is located in Central NH. We are an online only retailer at this time with no Brick & Mortar location. Most items are shipped direct from the manufacturer or distributor. |
