We offer a curtain make up service.

This is a professional service ,the curtains are made within our factory in the Midalands by our own experienced team of dedicated curtain makers.

Our core business is to show home industry and to the commercial hotel groups,as well as private individuals.

We can make to your own designs or help you to decide upon a style .

We are to happy to make- up using customers own fabric,it is not necessary to purchase from our own selection of on line fabrics.

No job is to small !

We pride ourselves in supplying the finest fabrics at inexpensive prices. We only sell high quality fabrics .

Delivery

We ship Monday Wednesday and Friday.We dispatch quickyl. Please be aware that once the item has left  we are both at the mercy of the delivery companies. This being the Royal Mail or the carriers we use who are  very good. However we would advise you to allow 7 days from the date of order before contacting us  if the parcel has not arrived. If you have an order which needs to meet a particular deadline then please feel free to contact us by email or phone 01905 641225 so other delivery options can be discussed . All fabrics are packed in heavy polythene and or cardboard boxes.To help with the enviroment we use recyclable packaging where we can.  

Feedback

Feedback is an important part of our business and a good feedback rating encourages new customers to shop with confidence. Please remember to leave feedback. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service /goods please contact us by email or phone so we can have the opportunity to rectify any problems. If you wish to leave negative feedback please do contact us as soon as possible.

 

Damaged items

All claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of orders, otherwise they cannot be considered for refunds.

     

SAALTEXTILES' main objective is to offer exceptional fabrics and service to all customers, without exception, and pride ourselves in the service we provide. If for any reason you are not happy with any particular area of service or goods, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our utmost to ensure that everything within reason is done to help.

 POSTAGE : Items will be delivered within 7/14 days from at the end of auctions/purchase. Please however be mindful that cheques and payments of any sort do have to clear the banking and Paypal system and without exception, goods will not be despatched until funds have cleared. However, if goods are required urgently please email and we will endeavour to do our best to help in certain circumstances.

 

 SAMPLES : Samples can be sent out on request on an "as and when" basis as most items are listed as cut lengths, therefore only small sampling pieces are available .The smaller sized pieces are a colour/quality indicator.  If you place a bid/purchase, it will be assumed that you have read these terms and conditions and all sales are final.
