Shop Items
Payment through PayPal is preferred for
all stock items.
We accept payment via any of the methods
below.
Cleared payment must be received in full
before items are despatched.
Conservatories, Windows & Doors
With higher
value items such as conservatories, you may;

Pay
the full amount upfront by any of the accepted payment methods,
or

Enter into a payment agreement as set out below (this
is a binding contract and failure to comply with contract terms and/or
failure to make payments may result in cancellation of order.)

50% Final Balance

Payment of the Final Balance must be made via

If you wish to pay the full amount or final balance by way of personal cheque,

Small items
Most items will be sent
via Royal Mail 1st class (1-2 days,
usually next day if ordered by 4pm), 2nd class
(3-5 days) or Standard Parcels (3-5 days)., whichever is best for you.
All items will be sent well packaged and sealed while in the hands of
our postal service. Costs vary on weight.

Medium items
Electrical and heavy or bulky items
will be sent
via courier service. Our main couriers in the UK are DHL &
Parcelforce.
Other services may be used for different areas in the UK. Costs are standard
on weight and location and include cover up to £50.

Conservatories, Windows & Doors
We offer a delivery service to the UK. Costs are based on location, contact
us with your postcode for details.
Buyers may arrange collection, the vehicle should be suitable and large
enough to carry the goods.All DIY roofs are flat packed, door and
window frames are supplied unglazed, glazing materials and accessories
will be supplied separately.
All items will be combined when
ordered with a conservatory and delivery with our own transport
