We check e-mail regularly during weekdays, including some evenings, but at weekends and on Public Holidays it is only checked once or twice per day, and sometimes not at all.

We try to answer all e-mail questions within 2 working days – it is usually quicker. PLEASE NOTE that ‘working days’ are Monday to Friday during the hours shown above and do NOT include Weekends or Public Holidays.

Questions about shipping can only be answered on working days, as none of the delivery services work at weekends or on Public Holidays. They usually take at least 2 working days to get back to us, so this will obviously delay our answers to you.

Please understand that if we do not respond immediately it is usually because we are waiting for information before we respond - while we do understand that you would like an answer yesterday, when we cannot give this the sending of repeated e-mails actually substantially slows the process of response.
