How do I contact Sustuu?
If you are contacting us about an order you have already placed, the quickest and easiest way is to use the ebay contact form.
Generally Mondays are our busiest days for emails so you may notice longer response times.

Collection from our Warehouse
We are happy for customers to collect items ordered on ebay with prior arrangement. Please phone or email us with a date and time you would like to collect and we will respond to confirm. Please do not attempt to collect an order without prior arrangement as you will be turned away which may cause offence.
There is no shop front or customer service facility available at our warehouse.
Sustuu can receive and respond to emails in many international languages.
If you are ordering from us internationally we will try our utmost to translate your emails and respond to your queries. We aim to respond to all queries as quickly and as thoroughly as possible.
