The score you can give is 1-5 stars with 5 stars being the highest score. Although you can give 3 and 4 stars to show that you are satisfied with your transaction, Ebay will PENALIZE the sellers for getting less than a 5 star rating by charging higher fees and pay pal penalties for getting less than a perfect score. I know, nobody thinks its fair. But, unless someone actually explains this to the buyers, then the buyer doesn't even know that they are penalizing us sellers for less than a 5 star rating.
