| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:If you recieve an Item and it is dead on arrival you have 7 days to report it to us. We will then provide the correct return address along with a reference number to ensure the issue is resolved with the minimum possible delay. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |
|
| A:Yes we do. If you are buying items from one of our various auctions the chances are we will be able to offer you a discount on shipping. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |
|
| A:With the exception of pallet based items we will ship by City Link couriers on a next business day service. Cleared funds will need to be received by 2pm & will usually go out on the same day and therefore usually arrive by midday the next day. Orders received on a Friday after 2pm or over the weekend are likely to be shipped out on Monday. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Shipping varies depending on item size. Most items it will be £8. If you require a higher level of service such as Saturday delivery or pre- 9:30 or overseas shipping please contact us with your full address and the item you wish to purchase so we can obtain a quote. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yes we will ship to the U.S & Canada. |
