Orders paid via Paypal will be despatched by courier or Royal Mail first class on the next working day after receipt of payment. Personal cheques can be accepted and goods will be despatched 10 working days after receipt to allow for bank clearance. In the event of transit damage to your goods, please notify us by email within 48 hours to arrange a return and refund.
  

Terms and Conditions

1. All goods remain the property of Stylyze until paid for in full.

2. Delivery dates and time are given as advice only and may vary due to circumstances beyond the control of Stylyze.

3. It is the customer's responsibility to check goods on receipt for damage. We must be notified in writing within 48 hours of receipt if damage has occurred during transit, failing which no refund can be made.

4. If a replacement for an item that is damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied is required before that item can be returned to Stylyze it will be treated as a separate sale. A refund for the said item can only be considered once that item has been returned to Stylyze for inspection.

5. Refunds cannot be made for items that have been damaged due to customer misuse or modified in any way.

6. Provided an item is unused, it may be returned with or in the original packaging (at the customer's cost) for a refund provided it reaches us within 14 days of our original invoice date. This does not apply to special order items. The customer can cancel the contract at any time within 7 working days, starting the day after delivery.

7. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for the return of items to us, regardless of the reason for the return. Stylyze will not arrange for return items to be collected.

8. When returning items to us, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they are packed so as to prevent damage to the item/s and packaging en route to us. We are unable to process refunds if items returned to us are damaged in transit to us.

9. We must be contacted in advance if you wish to return an item to obtain authorisation. Unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.

10. Any refund of carriage charges will be solely at the discretion of Stylyze. Carriage charges will not be refunded for goods that have been correctly supplied in good order.

11. Returned goods that have been correctly supplied may, at the discretion of Stylyze, be subject to a re-stocking charge of 20%.
 This  does not apply if the customer has cancelled the transaction before 7 working days from the day after delivery.

12. Any product requiring painting should be examined and trial fitted before the painting process begins. If, after painting, a product is found to be defective no compensation can be given for it or any painting costs incurred.

13. Stylyze can accept no liability for direct, consequential or any other losses whatsoever arising from the supply of any goods.

14. We accept no liability (to the fullest extent allowed by law) for the accuracy of information contained on product detail pages or on the website, which may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. However, this provision does not affect your statutory rights and remedies.

15. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for items shown on our website with an incorrect price or with any other incorrect information. No contract is made with you until we have dispatched your order.
