HOW CAN I GET MORE INFORMATION ABOUT A PRODUCT?
We include as much information about our products as possible, however if you require more information, you can email, send us a message through ebay, or call on 01245 363800.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept credit card (Visa,Visa Electron, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, Solo), Postal Orders and Paypal.
WHERE WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED TO?
To the email address linked to your eBay account. Please ensure it is correct especially if you have recently moved.
HOW LONG AFTER PLACING MY ORDER WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM?
Our standard delivery time is 24-48 hours. If we receive an order on our website before 11a.m., we will endeavour to despatch the order the same day but it is dependent on the couriers we use. Orders placed Friday are despatched on Monday.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payment is required within 7 days of the end of sale. If you are unable to comply with this, please email to let us know otherwise we will contact ebay and cancel the sale.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, it can be returned within seven days for a full refund or exchange. Please call us first on 01245 363800 and ensure that the goods are in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging. Remember to include your name, address and ebay item number. Goods returned to us arriving damaged or incomplete, will not be credited. The original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable. For your protection, we strongly recommend a signed for service.
OUR DELIVERY POLICY
* For our vehicles it is the responsibility of the buyer to collect the vehicle unless otherwise agreed. The buyer should ensure that they are adequately insured.
* For our accessories where applicable all delivery charges are clearly stated. Some extremely large items may be on a collection only basis buy this will be clearly stated.
* We use Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, TNT and sometimes specialised couriers.
* Where we deliver
We deliver to all postal areas in the UK, but delivery of certain products to the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands with post codes AB4, 5,31,33,35-38,44,45,51-56, FK18-21, G84, IV1-28, 30-36, 40,52-54, 63, KA27,28, KW1-14, PA20-40, PH19-22,25,26,30-41,49,50, TR21-25, may not always be possible or may incur additional delivery charges. We will advise of this additional charge by email. Delivery to addresses on islands or in remote areas of the UK mainland may take longer than our usual delivery times
* For security reasons we cannot deliver to a BFPO address. We also reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.
* Orders we received are processed within 48 hours as an absolute maximum. We aim to process your order is within 4 working hours and endeavour to despatch orders received by 11:00 on the same day if the item is in stock
* If you choose to pay by card, your details will be processed by our secure business server which provides maximum security. Declined payments will result in notification to the card holder within 24 hours by email.
* Your order will arrive to you by either Royal Mail or an independent carrier depending on weight and product specification. You will be notified by email the despatch date and the estimated delivery date. If your order does not arrive with you within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date, please contact us using the above information.
* If we are unable to deliver:
Deliveries will usually be made during Monday to Friday between 9am and 5.30pm.
Occasionally we may try to deliver an order and you may not be available to sign for the goods or the item may be too large to post. Each time an attempt is made, our delivery agent will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. This card contains details for you to arrange to collect the order directly from their depot or to arrange a convenient time to deliver. The goods will only be held for a limited time. Please respond within the timescale mentioned on the card.
