If you are unhappy with any item you have purchased in the last 7 days, we are more than happy to offer a full refund and a collection free of charge. We just ask that the item comes back to us in the same condition it left the warehouse and with the correct packaging to make its way home. With every stove we offer a 12 month guarantee.
If you are unhappy with your purchase please alert our team on 01635 299955 so we can deal with the issue immediately.
If your stove is damaged while on transit, please sign for the stove damaged and we will send out a new one, you will not encounter any further delivery fees. If you do not sign for the item damaged please notify a member of staff on the same day as delivery. If the item is not signed for damaged it is very hard for us to retrieve a refund from the courier
