Warranty Information
Our products are manufactured to the highest standards of production and quality control. All electrical products are issued with a 12 month manufacturers ’repair or replace’ warranty.
You have the right to return your item with a 7 day no quibble money back guarantee. Please use the original packaging to return a product. Failure to do so may result in damage to the product which you will be liable for.
Returned items only apply to faulty products or products that are unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Hair Oils, Gels, Heat Proof Mats, and similar items are non returnable. Returned items including our seven day no quibble money back guarantee will not be eligible for refunds on postage and packaging costs |
