 | A: We take Paypal at kjerstin@SquareDealOnline.com simply send payment there with a note that you would like the PDF. We'll email you the file as soon as we receive payment.
If you'd rather pay with a credit card, send us an email with your phone number & we'll call you to receive the payment information. |
 | Q: What is your return policy? |

 | A: Full return policy can be found at the bottom of every eBay listing. Please contact us before returning anything - we will determine if returning the merchandise is necessary or not.
If returning for anything other than not as described/damaged we can only refund merchandise minus our 15% restock fee. |
 | Q: Do you combine shipping? |

 | A: We definitely combine shipping on multiple items purchased. Shipping is based upon the weight of the items & your location. If you would like a shipping quote, please provide us with the items & quantity you would like as well as your postal code, and we'll email you a quote as soon as possible. |
 | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |

 | A: We have a 1-3 day turnaround time for getting orders out. The time it takes to get your item really depends upon your shipping choice. USPS Media Mail is cheap, but slow! Expect 2-3 week delay if chosen. We recommend UPS Ground if you need an item within a week. |
 | Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

 | A: Domestically, we have a $2 handling fee on all accessories (stickers, patches, etc.) and a $3 fee on everything else.
Internationally, we have a $4 handling fee on all accessories, and a $5 handling fee on everything else.
Shipping rates are calculated by UPS & USPS, & include our handling fee. |

 | A: We definitely ship internationally! International shipping rates can be found by locating the shipping calculator on our ebay listings & updating the information accordingly. If the calculator doesn't work, please contact us & we'll provide you with a quote as soon as possible. |
 | Q: How much will it cost for international shipping? |

 | A: For international shipments, please contact us for quotes before purchasing multiple items. We are happy to let you know before purchasing how much shipping will cost you so you can make the decision if you really want to purchase. |
 | Q: Will you declare an item as a gift for international customers? |
 |
 | A: Since we are a business we have to use our business printers and programs to ship all items. It's because of this that we won't be able to mark this item as a gift - customs would know that a business is not gifting an item to you. |
 | Q: Will you declare a lower customs value for international customers? |
 |
 | A: We have to declare the exact value of the package to insure for the full value. We can't declare a lower value for both the buyer and our protection so if something happens to the package, we are able to issue a claim for the full amount, not just the declared value. |
 | Q: Do you provide tracking numbers? |
 |
 | A: We put a delivery confirmation number (USPS shipments) or a tracking number (UPS shipments) on almost every package we send out (patches, stickers, buttons, etc. are the exception). We email the number to you as soon as the package is shipped. Please check your emails for your number. |
 | Q: What are the dimensions of this patch/button/sticker etc. |

 | A: The dimensions of all of our accessories are on each listing. If you can find a patch, button or sticker listing that doesn't provide the dimensions, we will provide you a $3 coupon for any item in our store. |
 | Q: Why is International Shipping So Expensive? |
 |
 | A: 1. USPS 1st Class Mail International does not show up on the shipping calculator for packages that weigh less than 4 lbs. If you think that the package would weigh less than 4 lbs, please contact us & we'll provide you a w/ a quote.
2. Every package over 4 lbs. has to go Priority Mail & it is super expensive =( We wish we could make it cheaper! |
