· All shirts are original?
Yes, we try sell only original shirts. 99% of our sells are original shirts, but sometimes when we find the shirts aren’t original, and decided sell in ebay, we will inform in description item about the not originality of shirt. So when you don’t see any reference about no originality, you can trust because you will buy a original shirt.

· I’m not sure about my size?
To avoid misunderstandings, Please review with attention the measurements in item description. Because sizes varie depending where shirt are made, the brand, the age of shirt. So please special attention at measurements and sometimes don’t take much account the size of label.

· Shirt on photo appears perfect condition, why bad rating description?
We sell specially vintage & used shirts, rarely we have new shirts to sell. So you don’t expect for a used shirt in perfect condition, usually used shirts have minor bobbles or others defects. I try related the condition of shirt most accurate possible, but sometimes we can’t see all, and some defect can pass from our eyes. In others cases, photo of shirt appears very good condition and is not true, sometimes is not easy make a close photos of defects. In some cases, when shirts have big defects or unsual defects we take a photo and put in desctiption item. So for all reasons, believe specially in my stars rating because we try have the most accurate description.

· Shipping delivery modes available
Standard Delivery
• Prioritary letter from Portugal without tracking number & Insurance.
• If you are not able to take receipt of the Letter, the your post sevice will leave a card to you will pick up your letter at Post office of your area.
• If you are not able to take receipt of the parcel, and it’s not collected or redelivery rearranged, the item will be returned to us and you will be required to re-pay the postage costs to send again the letter or if you prefer we cancel transaction and you will receive your money refund.
Registered letter
• Registered letter from Portugal with tracking number & Insurance.
• Tracking number will be add to your paypal payment after letter sent. If any other payment mode you can request to us a tracking number.
• You can check status of delivery in Portuguese Post site Internet “CTT Correios Portugal”: http://www.ctt.pt/feapl_2/app/open/tools.jspx?tool=3&lang=01 only Portuguese & English language available.
• A tracking number usually is also visible in postal system in the country of destination. So you can try checking the shipment status, in site of the post office in your country.
• A signature will be required upon receipt.
• If you are not able to take receipt of the parcel, and it’s not collected or redelivery rearranged, the item will be returned to us and you will be required to re-pay the postage costs to send again the letter or if you prefer we cancel transaction and you will receive your money refund.

· For my country i need pay registered letter, but when i try pay item appears standard letter, why?
Ebay system does not allow we to specify all the countries individually, in relation to the mode of delivery, so if you pay for standard delivery immediately, but you needs pay for a registered letter, after we will send to you a request money by paypal to you pay the diference of delivery cost.

· Do I have to pay custom charges?
No, you don’t need pay custom charges, because we sent small letters and when necessary with a very low cost item on custom paper description.

· Do you post to my country? 

Yes, We post to all countries of world.

· I don’t have paypal account, is possible buy yours items?
Yes, is possible you buy out items without paypal account. We accept payments mode:
· Paypal
· International transfer money bank
· International Post postal order
· Money by letter (if you send money by letter, send only notes, not coins to avoid stolen letters)
· We don’t accept cheques

· Do you offer postage discounts when I purchase more than one item? 
Of course! We always reward customers who make multiple purchases with the cheapest possible shipping cost for the postal service we offer. We can do this because our postage charges are based on the actual weight of the item(s). So see the information about weights prices for your country available in our page.

· 
When will my order be shipped?
As soon as your payment has been received and your adress successfully cleared, you’ll receive an email notifying you of this. We post every working day from Monday to Friday, so within this time, you should also receive a ‘dispatch notification’ email from ebay system.

· What expected delivery time?
Standard delivery times:
· Portugal : 1 - 5 Days
· Europe : 2 -15 Days
· Rest of World : 10 - 30 Days
Attention, we haven’t guilt of possible delays at the post office in the country of destination.

· I have different adress - is this a problem?
Yes, you need confirm your address, because we only dispatches letter when address are confirmed or when have only 1 adress, if we see to 2 diferent address (usually 1 in ebay and other in paypal payment) we only send after you confirm your address..

· My order has not arrived to me, what shall I do?
We do our best in making sure that you receive the product in the quickest time possible by posting every working day. But we haven’t guilt of possible delays at the post office in the country of destination. So if past little longer to arrive than expected, contact us and we will give you more information about your delivery date and others important informations who you need. Letter delivery from Portugal, so you don’t expect receive your letter in 1 or 2 days after your payment sent, you can wait for the normal shipping time available in our page.

· You have some negative feedback, for any special reason?
We sell specially vintage & used shirts, rarely we have new shirts to sell. So sometimes buyers can’t read description and see with attention for our photos shirt, and after expect receive a new shirt or similar. I have + 8000 positive feedback, and is normal have 2 or 3 neutral/negative feedback in + of 800 shirts sold per month, because easy is sell new shirts with tags, more difficult is sell used shirts, where you need described very accurate the defects of shirts. So think about the difficulty for sell used shirts when you see my negative feedback, Thanks.

· Christmas time delivery, any change?
Yes, due many lost items or long time delivery at Christmas time in last years, from 15/11 until 05/01 all letters needs send by registered mode for we and yours can tracking your letter at moment. With tracking number yours can try checking the shipment status, in site of the post office in your country. (available exceptions about registered letter for usual customers)
