Customer Service is #1 to us at Sports Plus, always has been, always will be. We are very easy to work with and take a lot of pride in our merchandise for sale, from the inspection and packaging of it, to our timely shipping. Exchanges or Store Credit are now available. Store credit will be for one calender year and will be sent via email, so that we can both have it for our records. Customer must contact us within 48 hours of receiving merchandise and return merchandise in the same condition that it was received within 5 business days. Customer pays shipping costs.
