Faulty or Damaged goods If an item is found to be faulty or damaged on receipt please notify us and return it to us within 14 days. Faulty goods must be returned to me for my inspection before a refund or exchange can be given. We will either replace on a like for like basis or we will refund your payment in full (This includes the original shipping charge you paid). Returns for other reasons You have rights under the Distance Selling Regulations with regards to internet shopping. This DOES NOT Mean you have the right to use us as a "Try before you buy" service. If you are returning goods that are not faulty or damaged, you MUST contact us within 14 days, and they MUST be AS NEW and UNUSED (ie in the condition you received them), With the Full, Complete and UNDAMAGED retail packaging that they were sent with. If an item is NOT faulty or damaged YOU are responsible for the shipping costs for returning an item to us, there will be a 20% handling fee, plus we are unable to refund postage/courier costs.
