A: There is nothing wrong with these CDs at all. Sometimes there are just too many of the same titles available on eBay, sometimes the CD doesn't look as pretty as it once did, there may be spine cuts, holepunches, initials, etc. or it could be an artist or title that is simply undiscovered... There are many reasons that these wonderful albums end up in the Discount Deals section but they are all looking for a good home and will be a welcome addition to any music family. Adopt one today!
Q: WILL AN IMPORT CD PLAY ON MY CD PLAYER?
A: Yes. Music CDs do not have region coding and so will play on any CD player.
Q: WHY IS THE INFORMATION IN YOUR ITEM DESCRIPTION DIFFERENT THAN THE MUZE INFORMATION?
A: We use the eBay MUZE information mainly for the Track Listings and to simplify our listing process. The majority of our CDs are USA Imports and have different Release Dates and sometimes additional or missing tracks. We detail any relevant changes in our description.

A: Your order should arrive within 1-2 weeks - usually within the week for Europe. The Royal Mail asks for up to 28 days. If you do not receive your order, please contact us and we will open a missing item claim with the Royal Mail.
Q: WHAT IF I RECEIVE MY ITEM AND THE DISC OR ARTWORK HAS BEEN DAMAGED?
A: If your order arrives and either the disc or artwork has been badly damaged, we will gladly help you open a damaged item claim with the Royal Mail or we will open the claim on your behalf. Refund will be made either directly to you by the Royal Mail (if you open the claim) or by us once we have received compensation from the Royal Mail for your item (if we have opened the claim).
Please be advised: In order for us to open the damaged item claim on your behalf you must retain and return to us everything that you received including cd, case, artwork, and original packaging. Due to the volume of claims that we open with the Royal Mail, we are held to a higher standard of proof and we will need to include these items with our claim. If you choose to open the claim for yourself, we will gladly help you do so and you may need only a scan or photographic proof of damage.
