Returns Policy
All our items are described directly as they appear in the manufactures catalogues, please read the item description very carefully as we will not entertain returns simply because you bought the wrong item.
Goods will only be accepted for return under the following circumstances:
The goods are not as described.
The goods arrive in a condition other than that they were described to be in, i.e. damaged, broken in transit.
The goods fail to perform in accordance with the manufactures description, or the description given in the listing.
The goods are in some way found to be of faulty manufacture which in a condition not described in the listing.
If you wish to return an item please email us first and obtain a returns reference number, NO returns will be accepted unless accompanied by a valid returns reference number.
All items MUST be returned in the original boxes within 7 days of receipt.
All goods must be returned postage paid
