P&P/REFUNDS: I keep my P&P minimal for my customers and all my items will be packed with care and attention and clearly labelled so that there is less chance of them going astray, but should an item go astray in the post I keep a Certificate of Posting and will help to claim from the Post Office. I don’t offer a refund service as such as I spend a lot of time fine detailing every measurement and description in my listings so that your decision to purchase is made with full knowledge of what you are buying. I am human of course and can occasionally slip up but it would be a genuine oversight and not a ploy to deceive so if that ever happens please please get in contact with me before leaving feedback so that I can help to sort it out.
