UK Customers
Royal Mail 1st Class UK
Your item is posted 24 to 48 hours after payment has been received or has cleared. Please allow 1-3 working days to arrive.
Royal Mail Special Delivery
Your item is posted the day after payment has been received and will arrive the following day by 1pm guaranteed. A signature is required on delivery and a tracking number is available on request.
Courier Service
Your item is posted the day after payment has been received and will arrive the following working day by 5pm guaranteed. A signature is required on delivery and a tracking number is available on request.

Parcelforce International Scheduled.
This service is used for large and higher valued items and will take aprox 4-7 business days to arrive.
Lost, Delayed or Missing Parcels.
From time to time, parcels can be either misplaced, delayed or lost. While we have no control over delivery or transit time, we take full responsibility for any parcels which are lost or stolen.
If you have not received your item after 15 working days (UK) or 25 working days (International) please contact us and we will begin a trace. We will offer you a full refund or will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you.
