PAYMENT and COMBINED POSTAGE:

We accept payments securely via Paypal: you can pay using either your Paypal account or using credit/debit card. Instant payment is required on all of our Buy It Now items, however you can combine your order by using the eBay Shopping Basket/Cart facility. We are happy to combine postage on orders placed at the same time and sent together in a single parcel. Excess postage paid on combined orders will be refunded upon despatch. Please see the Postage and Payments tab of each listing for accurate postage rates and discounts.

POSTAGE:

Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment and are dispatched daily Monday to Friday. Most UK items are received within one-three working days; International items are usually received within 5-10 working days, however can take up to 30 days of held up at customs. Delivery times will vary according to the postage method selected by the buyer at checkout:

Free postage is offered on selected items. Free postage items are sent using Royal Mail Second Class delivery, which usually take around 2-4 working days. Faster postage methods are offered on listings, so please feel free to select an alternative postage method where necessary.

First Class Recorded Delivery items usually arrive within 1-2 working days. Recorded delivery items will require a signature upon delivery.

Next Day Special Delivery is offered for when express delivery is required. To receive Special Delivery items on the next working day before 1pm, typically orders need to be placed and payments made before midday for same day despatch, but when next day delivery is explicitly required, please contact us to confirm availabilty of same day despatch. Please contact us if Saturday Special Delivery is required as this service needs to be especially arranged. All Get It Fast items are sent within 24 working hours of payment. Special delivery items will require a signature upon delivery.

Postage and packing charges are priced according to item weight and also include the cost of packing materials and delivery overheads. Postage charges are non-negotiable; by placing a bid / making a purchase, you are accepting the postage cost for the item.

For international deliveries, please allow up to 30 days for customs delays and please note that you are responsible for any duties/tariffs that may be applicable on your delivery. Items being sent outside of the EU are sent with full and accurate customs documentation.

US Customers Please Note: Due to increased security at US customs, delivieres to the US are taking longer than usual. Please allow up to 28 days for all US delivieries. Thank you.

Please remember that we send items as soon as possible and we are not responsible for delivery times once an item has been dispatched.

LOST/LATE MAIL:

While most of our items are received within three working days, there can be hold ups along the way, so we ask customers to wait for up to a week before contacting us. We notify our customers by email when their item is dispatched and we ask customers to check with their local sorting office if they have not received their item within seven days (14 days for International customers). If you are not home when your postie tries to deliver your item, the parcel will be taken to your local sorting office ready for you to collect. If it is not collected it will be returned to us. Since you would have failed to collect your first delivery in spite of our delivery notice telling you to check your sorting office, we will ask you to submit a second postage payment for us to resend your item.

If your item has not arrived within 15 working days, unless there is a Royal Mail strike, it will be considered lost in the post. In such instances we will need you to work with us to file a claim with Royal Mail and we will provide you with a replacement (or refund where no suitable replacement is available). During Royal Mail strike periods delivery times may take 7-10 days longer.

RETURNS:

We strive to list items as accurately as possible and we check items thoroughly before sending; we want all of our customers to be delighted with their purchase. However, we fully understand that different garments fit different people in different ways, so we offer a full no quibble refund service - quick and easy!

Refunds: If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please simply return for a refund. There's no need to even contact us, simply fill out the form that was sent with your item and return it to the address provided, and we will process your return within five working days of receipt once the item has been inspected and approved for refund.

To be approved for a refund items must be in their original unworn condition, which includes all tags and packaging such as clear display bags and shoe boxes. Worn and damaged items will be returned to sender, at sender's cost, without exception. Refunds do not cover postage costs*

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so we recommend using a recorded service. Please ensure that you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.

Exchanges: We do not offer an exchange program at this time. To exchange your item, please return it to us for a refund, then purchase your replacement item and we will send it to you quickly and seamlessly.

Special conditions for returns - please read carefully:

  1. Please return your item with a returns form (sent to you with your item), making sure to include the correct eBay user ID, item number and the name of the buyer.
  2. Please return your item within seven days of receipt. We are unable to process returns after 14 days.
  3. Items being returned from outside of the UK must be marked as "Returned Goods" so as not to incur customs charges. We are unable to accept items for which insufficient postage has been paid or for which there are customs charges.
  4. Please ensure that your item is completely unworn and undamaged. This includes but is not limited to broken buttons or beading, and zips, tears and obvious signs of misuse. We are unable to accept items which have been worn, soiled or damaged - they will be returned to sender at the sender's expense, and no refund will be issued.
  5. If you receive an item with a special "Do Not Remove" tag, please ensure that it is returned with the tag intact.
  6. *Refunds will cover postage costs when an item is found to be genuinely faulty, or in cases where an incorrect item has been sent.
  7. We are unable to issue refunds in the form of Postal Orders, such payments are refunded as cheques.

All items are thoroughly quality checked before sending, however, in the rare event of an item being received in a faulty state, please contact us immediately for a like-for-like replacement. If the original item is not available, a full refund will be issued once the item is received back, and we will cover postage costs on submission of postage receipts.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER:

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days (from the day after you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us. In this case we will issue you with a refund. You will need to return the entire order at your cost if you have already received them, and refunds will not cover postage costs. In all cases, the goods must be in their original condition and will be inspected on their return. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we may arrange to have them collected at your cost. If you decide to cancel your order, you must let us know in writing via eBay messages, quoting your item number(s) and user ID.

COMMUNICATION:

We hope that you will be able to find all the info you need within the item listing. Please also see our FAQ's for more details on our products and policies. For a smooth and happy transaction we ask buyers to read the FULL listing and review our FAQs. We aim for total customer satisfaction and want our buyers to be 100% happy with their item!

We like to keep customers informed at every step of their purchase, so order status emails are sent to your registered email address at integral stages of your order. To avoid messages being filtered as junk mail, please add our eBay mailings to your “safe sender” list. Informative emails are system generated, so please do not reply to these messages. If you need to contact us please use eBay's messaging system where we will be able to provide you with a prompt reply.

ITEM DESCRIPTIONS:

We want you to know exactly what you're buying, so we list our items as accurately as possible. Within each listing you can find details of tag sizes, corresponding UK measurements as well as measurements where applicable. All measurements are approximate, rounded to the nearest inch, taken from the unworn, hence unstretched garment. For more information on fitting and sizing, please see our fitting guide. We strongly advise you to use the measurements rather than the tag size when buying jeans. Please remember that colours may vary according to your monitor settings and the item may look different in a larger size. If you do have any questions about the item you are bidding on that isn’t covered in the listing, then please contact us with your query before bidding.
