 UK customers only:  FREE POSTAGE AND PACKAGING on eligible purchases totalling £20.00 or more  (excludes certain shop & auction items, including card blanks and envelope packs and this will be indicated on item listing).  Parcel Post will be used for heavy orders, unless you advise by eBay messaging that you wish to pay the additional cost for a faster service. 

If you wish to have your order sent by Second Class post to reduce costs, please email me and I will send you a revised invoice.

When buying multiple items from my shop, AFTER ordering please click 'Request total from seller' at checkout. 

 INTERNATIONAL customers:  Please click 'REQUEST TOTAL FROM SELLER' at checkout.  Orders will have to be cancelled if insufficient P&P is paid.

RETURNS POLICY

 Distance Selling regulations

In the event of ordering the incorrect item or a change of mind, items can be exchanged or a refund provided the pack has not been opened and is returned in a re-saleable condition. Please contact us by email or post within 14 days of the date of receipt of your order to arrange this.

All returned items must be in an unopened and original condition for a refund excluding postage costs.  Exchange or refund cannot be processed for any item that has been opened.

Postage for the return of items for exchange or refund is the responsibility of the buyer (excludes faulty goods). fPlease ensure that you obtain Proof of Posting for any items returned. 

FAULTY GOODS

Careful attention is paid to the despatch of quality items however if you should inadvertently receive one that is faulty or sub-standard, please contact us immediately so that we may rectify the matter as quickly as possible in the form of exchange (subject to availability of item) or a refund, in accordance with your request.
